Time Management & Goal SettingAs a business owner, being able to manage your precious time is key to getting the most out of the limited hours in a day and that is about setting goals and managing your time in line with those objectives. We, in MGBA, have been undertaking an intensive study of time management in business and as a result we have written a couple of articles for you, the business entrepreneur.

The article covers the topic of time management and goal and objective setting in business and offers some ideas to help improve your staff – and you.

From the beginning mankind has tried to make better use of time by inventing tools from the sundial to the chronometer. The need to manage time has been a matter of great concern, in personal as well as the professional life, for thousands of years.

Time management today uses many methods of recording time and helping to identify obstacles to it’s efficient use. Innovative use in making long and short term goals is the best and easiest way to do this.

Over the next few days I will be looking at ways you can improve your personal and business effectiveness by improving your management of your most precious resource – time.
